Returns & refunds


We do not accept any returns if you change your mind.


Please contact our customer service team here and include your order number and any photos relating to your issue so we can help assist you asap.

Refunds will only be given if it meets the criteria of item not of quality as described, sizing and colour not as described or faulty at time of delivery .If your issue meets any of these criteria’s

we will happily refund you the cost of the item and shipping expenses. We must receive your item back within 30 days of the purchasing date.

You will be given the opportunity to exchange for another item or your money refunded.

Once we receive the item back we will inspect and notify you of the status of your refund.

We will refund all monies to the original method of payment.

We aim to have your refund processed within 5 days of receiving the item back in our warehouse.
